Wine produced from Merlot, Corvina Veronese, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with a yield of 120 quintals per hectare.

Double Guyot with approximately 4,100 plants per hectare.

HARVEST
Strictly handpicked in late September.

VINIFICATION
Fermentation in contact with the skins. Initially matured in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in second-use tonneaux for approximately 5 months.

Our wine is crafted from a selection of vineyards and grapes of Merlot, Corvina Veronese, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Ruby red in colour, it is aromatic with flavours reminiscent of small red berries and cherry. Excellent with meat-based main courses, it also pairs very well with risottos and cheeses. Best enjoyed at a temperature of 15°-17°C.
